In less than a month tickets will go on sale that could win you a house, or even a car!

It's all part of the 23rd annual House Raffle fundraiser for St. Joseph Regional Medical Center and Women's Care Center. This raffle had made it possible for these organizations to return more than $4.3 million in services to needy families, babies, and children throughout the community.

Tuesday NewsCenter 16 got a look at what the house being raffled off will look like. Crews still have a long way to go but they plan on being finished by the time the winner is announced.

The house located at 18140 Erin Court in Bradford Shores at Knollwood. The house is valued at approximately $350,000. It will have four bedrooms, a kitchen, living room, dining room, two and a half baths, patio, three-car garage and more.

If you win the grand prize but choose not to take it, the alternative cash prize is $105,000.

Second place winners can choose either a 2014 Ford Focus SE or a 2014 Honda Fit Sport. The second place alternative cash prize is $15,000. Forty other cash prizes ranging from $5,000 to $175 will also be awarded.

If you are interested in participating in this house raffle, tickets or offers will be available beginning Tuesday, March 4 at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center. All you have to do is go to the lobby. Offers are $150 each. Sale hours are from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekdays only.

Now, only 3,950 offers are sold and 42 House Raffle prizes are drawn, making the odds of winning one in 94.

The SJRMC House Raffle 2014 drawing will be held at 5 p.m. on Friday, May 2, 2014 at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center. Winners do not have to be present.
