A local grocery store is helping area students by supporting their education.

Whole Foods will donate 5 percent of its Wednesday sales to the PHM Education Foundation. This will be the store's first Give Back Day.

Mishawaka Mayor Dave Wood and PHM Superintendent Dr. Jerry Thacker will be at the store off of Grape Road from 10 to 11 Wednesday morning to support the fundraiser. Foundation board members will be on hand throughout the day to help customers.

Whole Foods is open from 8a.m to 10p.m. No coupon or special mention is needed to make sure your purchases count.
