A South Bend man convicted twice for his role in a 2009 murder has learned his punishment for the second time.
Three years ago, Brice Webb was sentenced to 95 years in prison for murder and being a habitual offender after fatally shooting his girlfriend, Cherlyn Reyes, in their apartment.
The state supreme court reversed the conviction last year, and ordered a new trial in the case.
In the second go-around, Webb was again found guilty of the same charges following a five-day jury trial.
Today, a judge sentenced him to 90 years behind bars.
