The weather service said Thursday that the tornado that struck the north central Indiana city a day earlier had estimated maximum wind speeds of 95 mph.
Mayor Jim Walker says two people suffered minor injuries.
Walker says Gov. Mike Pence has called and offered help from the Indiana Department of Homeland Security.
