Warsaw woman charged with stealing from high school booster club

Kosciusko Co., Ind. A Warsaw woman is accused of stealing thousands of dollars from a high school booster club.

Kimberly Hensley, 51, was arrested this week on a felony theft charge after nearly three grand went missing from the Warsaw Community High School Booster Club.

Hensley was in charge of collecting money for the group. But when she handed it over during the school's sports banquet, not all of it was there.

A board member found envelopes inside the cash box, but it was short $2,950.

Hensley confessed to swiping the funds and was booked at the Kosciusko County Jail.
