The City of Warsaw announced plans Tuesday to complete the restoration of the city hall building, a structure that’s been a fixture in the town for over 100 years.
The non-profit company, Orthoworks, which works with the orthopedic industry in the Warsaw area will provide $180,000 to restore the third floor of city hall. In exchange, Orthoworks will be able to use part of that floor as office space for three years.
Bids for the remainder of the restoration will be open soon. The project is expected to be completed by the end of 2013.
