The number of Indiana businesses caught selling alcohol to minors continues to be at an all time low.

Only 5.4 percent of establishments were caught in the latest sting by the Indiana Excise Police.
That number is down from 5.5 percent last year, and down from 33 percent in 2007.

In the most recent survey for alcohol compliance, gaming establishments sold to minors 33 percent of the time, but drug stores sold to minors just 3 percent of the time.

The survey involves underage volunteers attempting to buy alcohol under the supervision of a plain clothes officer.
