A trial date has been schedule for Damian Boyd, charged with the shooting deaths of two people.
Boyd will return to court on Feb. 11 when the murder trial begins. He is charged with two counts of murder for the May 2012 deaths of Mercedes Newbill, 22, and Kalyn Farmer, 21.
Police say Farmer was dropped off at Memorial Hospital with gunshot wounds, he later died from those injuries.
After Farmer's death, investigators received tips which led them to Napier and McPherson. There, police found the body of Boyd's cousin, Newbill, inside a car.
