PLYMOUTH A local drive-in theater will continue business as usual this spring, just one screen short.

The Tri-Way Drive-In in Plymouth was in danger of closing last fall because of the cost of switching to digital projectors. It costs $75,000 to switch each one.

Radio 1050 The Chief reports that they have three screens up and running and will open as usual at the end of March or beginning of April, depending when the snow melts. The fourth screen should be up and running by May.

To raise more money, the drive-in is selling the iconic speakers from the old theater. They cost $75 dollars each.
