A teen in court for murder charges yelled at a judge Thursday, prompting the court to tell him to "watch his language"
The Elkhart Truth reports that 19-year-old Leeshawn Rodgers appeared in court strapped to a restraint chair that only let him shake his head and wiggle his fingers. Rodgers yelled at the judge that they didn't have any evidence against him.
He is accused in the April shooting death of Eddie Johnson.
He faces up to 65 years in prison if convicted. His trial is set to begin in October.
