Suspended Pulaski highway employees to sue county

The attorney for two Pulaski County highway employees who were suspended last month will file a lawsuit against the county within days.

The community voiced outrage when highway superintendent Kenny Becker and administrative assistant Lin Morrison were suspended without explanation from the county.

WKVI reports the pair will sue the county for defamation of character, among other charges.

The county still has not shown Becker or Morrison the results of the investigation that led to their suspensions.

The next county meeting is Tuesday, February 19th, at 6p.m.
