Students and staff on the University of Notre Dame’s campus were cautioned about a gas leak this afternoon.
A tent stake punctured an unmarked gas line caused the leak just before 2 p.m. The area affected included the north end of Debartolo Quad on the University’s campus.
No campus buildings were evacuated, but those on campus were encouraged to avoid the taped-off area.
