A former Notre Dame employee who pleaded guilty to voyeurism back in February was dealt a new sentence today in court.
Back in February, a superior court judge ordered Don Steinke, 60, to four years suspended sentence with probation for four counts of voyeurism.
Steinke admitted to putting a video camera in a women's restroom on the Notre Dame campus in 2011.
Today, the court found Steinke violated terms of his probation and changed the misdemeanor sentences to felonies.
He will now serve four years behind bars.
Steinke is currently in the St. Joe County Jail.
