State won't file charges in April 14 Goshen shooting

The State of Indiana will not file formal charges at this time against five teens arrested last week in Goshen.

Police say they are still investigating the April 14 shooting and have not gathered enough information to file charges.

NewsCenter 16 reported on the shooting and arrests last week.

Five people have been arrested following a shooting Sunday night in Goshen.

Officers responded around 9:30 p.m. near the corner of School and Middlebury Streets after calls about an apparent shooting.

Four victims were reported to have suffered non-life threatening injuries. They were treated and released from IU Health Goshen.

In the twenty-four hours following the shooting, an investigation led to the arrest of the five people responsible for the incident.

They are, Diego Ramos, 19, of Elkhart, charged with Attempted Murder and Criminal Gang Activity.

Abraham Delgado, 16, of Goshen, charged with Conspiracy to commit murder, Criminal Gang Activity, and Assisting a Criminal.

Christian A Bueno, 16, of Goshen, charged with Conspiracy to commit murder, Criminal Gang Activity, and Assisting a Criminal.

Alejandro Bueno, 16, of Goshen, charged with Conspiracy to commit murder, Criminal Gang Activity, and Assisting a Criminal.

As well as a 15-year-old male, charged with Conspiracy to commit murder, Criminal Gang Activity, and Assisting a Criminal
