Some residents on South Bend's northwest side are tired of living next to a dump.

A section of King Street, between Medora and Anderson, has become a dumping ground for trash.

The items found there on Monday ranged from unopened packages of chicken wings, to diapers.

There was even a shoe and an apron with the IHOP logo on it.

One resident says she used to clean up the mess herself, but can no longer keep up because of the ever-increasing volume.

The residents are calling upon the city's department of code enforcement to address the situation.
