The RV show in South Bend finished up its 3 day event Sunday with record attendance.
The director of recreation vehicles said he could not give WNDU numbers for Sunday, but he did say on Friday the century center saw close to 400 people, and on Saturday about 1,900 people came through the event.
He said the amount of people they saw this year was more than they saw in 2011 and 2012.
Visitors were able to walk through different RV’s and or stop by tables for tips and other information about camping.
“The best part about this is just chatting with everybody, the excitement of spring coming and just getting back out and camping" says Matt Rose.
Rose also said that many of the sellers were very successful this year.
