A former Notre Dame employee, charged with placing a camera in a women’s restroom on the university’s campus, may be headed to jail.

Don Steinke, 60, appeared in court again on Monday. He pleaded guilty to four felony counts of voyeurism last February after a woman found a pen camera aimed at a toilet in a campus bathroom.

Judge Frese ordered Steinke to serve four years under probation and 20 hours of community service, but a petition was put in place on Monday to revoke his probation.

The judge will rule on the petition by next Monday, April 8.
