Police in central Indiana say a 5-year-old girl spotted a deceased man's body inside a building at a former car lot.
Columbus police Lt. Matt Myers says the girl was playing Sunday at the former Wright's Auto Sales location when she looked inside the building and saw a body face down on the floor. The girl's parents called police, who had to have firefighters pry open the door that had been locked from the inside.
Myers tells The Republic that the 59-year-old man appears to have been dead for some time and that foul play wasn't suspected.
Myers says the man's identity has been confirmed but wasn't being immediately released.
