State police say detectives are investigating a fight inside a western Indiana bar during which a man, 51, was fatally injured.
Police say an autopsy Sunday determined that Richard Pigg of Dugger died from blunt force trauma to the head. Pigg was injured during a fight early Saturday at the Uptown Tavern in the Sullivan County town of Dugger.
Police say Pigg and another man argued inside the bar and that Pigg hit his head on the floor after being punch on the side of his face. He died about 18 hours later at an Indianapolis hospital.
No arrests were immediately made, although police say investigators know who Pigg was fighting with.
