Elkhart, Ind. Pizza Hut is offering to re-hire the manager at an Elkhart branch who was fired over his refusal to open up on Thanksgiving.
Tony Rohr says he's worked for the restaurant for over ten years.
After his refusal to work, he was told to write a letter of resignation.
Instead, Rohr wrote saying the company should care more about its employees.
Thanksgiving and Christmas have always been the only guaranteed days off for the restaurant workers.
On Wednesday night, Pizza Hut issued a statement saying they respect an employee's right to not work on the holiday and that the store owner has agreed to reinstate Rohr.
Rohr hasn't decided if he'll be accepting.
