From a savory slab of ribs to brisket and loaded fries, you can find it all at World’s Famous BBQ – Roseland’s newest restaurant.
The barbecue joint is located on 933 in Roseland.
They are open six days a week, and their smoker – which holds up to 400 pounds of meat – is constantly working.
The owners of the restaurant are not new to the business. The husband and wife team have grown up with barbecue.
“My mom and dad started Frankies in 1968,” said owner Terrence Trotter. “I wasn't even born. I grew up working there but I never knew I would have my own, I never even thought about it until 5 years ago.”
