A murder case for a woman accused of shooting her boyfriend has been delayed as the defense pursues a mental examination to decide if she is competent to stand trial.

Kathleen Holt is accused of murdering Ron Worker back in February.

WKVI reports that Holt allegedly confessed the crime to police in a 911 call. But she later pleaded not guilty and a plea agreement deadline is set for July 11th.
