Middlebury Senator named Government Leader of the Year
A Senator from Elkhart County has been named a government leader of the year in Indiana.
Senator Carlin Yoder of Middlebury co-wrote the right-to-work legislation that is now state law.
The bill's co-author, Representative Jerry Torr, shares the leadership honor.
