A local drive-in theater is running at full capacity once again after a storm destroyed its movie screens last month.
The Melody Drive-in located in Bass Lake now has two functioning screens.
Their goal was to have the second screen up by July 4, but they had it running about a week early.
One of the owners says that the theater was packed on July 3 and that they have seen great turnouts ever since the new screen has been up.
He says the drive-in lost about 60 percent of business when the second screen went down, but that numbers have grown recently.
The screens are fully digital and run first films.
