Marshall Co. coroners help save man's life

The coroner and deputy coroner for Marshall County helped save a man’s life Monday afternoon.

County Coroner Bill Cleavenger and Deputy Coroner Lisa Richards were driving in Plymouth when they heard a call on the radio saying a man was experiencing a heart attack.

The man had been involved in a minor car accident that took place a block and a half from where Cleavenger and Richards were currently located.

The pair arrived at the scene moments later and began to revive the man with an AED.

Emergency responders took over a few minutes later and the man was transported to the Plymouth Hospital.
