An Indianapolis man wanted for questioning after a fatal, head-on crash has surrendered to police.
Indianapolis metro police say 31-year-old Seantel Marsden turned himself in Monday and was interviewed by detectives.
Police say the crash early Sunday near the Castleton Square shopping mall killed 29-year-old Rashshaad Artis of Indianapolis. He was riding in the SUV driven by 33-year-old Shanntel Lewis of Indianapolis when it crossed a median and crashed into another vehicle. Lewis and a passenger in the third vehicle were injured.
Lewis told police that Marsden had rammed her SUV from behind with his pickup.
Witnesses tell police the vehicles were traveling at a high rate of speed, cutting each other off and running several red lights.
A published telephone number for Marsden could not be located.
