ST. JOE COUNTY, Ind. A man involved in a deadly home invasion about two years ago, has learned his punishment.
Jermon Gavin, 22, was sentenced to 6 years in a St Joseph County court Wednesday for robbery.
When Gavin pleaded guilty last month, a felony murder charge was dropped.
It happened back in January 2012.
Jazmin Conlee and Alejandro Tinoco, both 19, were shot to death, but Gavin was not the shooter.
As part of his sentence, Gavin will be credit for time already served behind bars.
