TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (AP) - An Indiana man who was imprisoned for more than 25 years for killing his second wife now faces charges in the death of his first wife.

The Tribune-Star reports 62-year-old Earl Leslie Taylor was arrested Tuesday in the 1975 death of Kathy Taylor. The 23-year-old appeared to have been electrocuted in her bathtub after a clock radio fell into the water, but an autopsy listed her cause of death as undetermined.

Earl Taylor's arrest was the result of a renewed investigation by the Vigo County Sheriff's Department and the television program "Cold Justice."

A jury convicted Taylor of killing second wife Mindy Taylor in August 1988. She drowned in her car after the vehicle left the road and went into a pond.

Earl Taylor was freed in January.
