An Elkhart man was arrested Friday night after police say he drove drunk with a child in the car.
It happened near the intersection of Pike and Third Street. Aaron Fabian-Mariano, 30, was booked into the Elkhart County Jail.
He faces charges of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a child less than 18 years of age, operating while intoxicated, endangering others, and operating with a suspended license.
