SOUTH BEND, Ind. - A man accused in a South Bend shooting, that he says was an accident, appeared in court Monday.
Trey Lottie, 18, faces criminal reckless charges for shooting Timothy Davis, 18.
Lottie admitted to pointing a gun at Davis in the 2400 block of Northlea Drive. He says he did not think the gun was loaded.
Bond was set at $30,000, but Lottie remains in jail.
