As you have heard we have closed our doors as of May 12, 2013.
"With the deepest regrets I closed our doors after 2 years of business and 15 years of business previous to me. I know this not only comes as a surprise to clients but also to the employees, but the decision to close was not made until 05/08/2013 after the potential sale of the business fell through the week before.
From that day forward I made every attempt to stop any sales of gift cards by posting a sign and informing our employees NOT to sell gift cards. However, some slipped through and I sincerely apologize! I was able to catch some and make refunds but because of the short notice of closing I was not able to refund all gift cards. In addition to those recent sales I know that there were balances still on cards sold previous to last week as well as unused massages on the memberships.
Since Tuesday I gave it much thought as to how to rectify the situation. An agreement was made with Pure Emerald Salon/Spa across the street to see if I provided them with the details of any unused memberships and balances on gift cards would they be willing to honor 100% of them. They agreed what an unfortunate situation this closing presented and were happy to help out. I cannot express our GRATITUDE enough for Pure Emerald willingness to accommodate ALL unused balances on gift cards and memberships.
Don't be surprise to find some of our ex-employees now working there as well since Pure Emerald is willing to open up space to add them to their team of professionals.
I know out of all the salon/spas in the area that are reaching out to clients with unused balances I know that the professionals at Pure Emerald is the best choice especially since they are willing to honor 100%.
