Indiana boy collects toys in brother's memory

A boy in Indiana turned the loss of his little brother into something positive by bringing comfort in the form of toys to other sick children.

Brayden Bronstrup spent the weekend before Christmas collecting toys to take to Riley Hospital in his dead sibling’s memory.

His brother Marco died in the hospital at just eight-weeks-old from Spinal Muscular Atrophy (S.M.A), a disease that causes muscle damage and weakness, and in instances like Marco’s, it can lead to death.

Brayden hopes his toy drive not only brings smiles to the kids at Riley, but also raises awareness for S.M.A.
