Indiana DNR officials will soon be available 24 hours a day.

The agency is switching its Central Dispatch center to a 24-hour operation in order to maintain radio contact with conservation officers across the state. It will also enable them to better enforce fish and game rules in the state.

The poaching hotline will also soon be open 24 hours a day.

Dispatch currently operates from 7 in the morning to midnight.
