A former WNDU intern, Jeannie Marie Hayes, died at the age of 29 this past Thursday, November 8.
Jeannie’s family and friends wish to extend a heartfelt thank you to her work family and community for the love and support they have shown. A local girl and a Penn High School graduate, Jeannie will be buried on Thursday November 15 at St. Pius X. Catholic Church at 10:30 a.m.
Friends may call and pay their respects in the Church from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, where a vigil service will be held at 7:00 that evening. Additional visitation will be held on Thursday morning from 9:30 a.m. and 10:15 a.m. in the Church.
St. Pius X. Catholic Church is located at 52553 Fir Road in Granger. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, that memorial contributions be made to Pet Refuge, 2300 W. 6th Street, Mishawaka, Indiana.
