At least 6 people are under arrest after attempting to jump out a window to flee police, leaving behind two young children and a meth lab.
WKVI reports that Plymouth police followed 22-year-old Tyler Byers to an apartment and attempted to arrest him on meth charges.
While they were distracted, three or four subjects jumped from a window on the second story.
Two of the runners, 27-year-old Shawn Brown and 26-year-old Brian Tapia, were arrested, as were 24-year-old Courtney Owens, 36-year-old Stephanie Berg and 37-year-old Julie Salyer.
Two young girls, ages 2 and 5, were also inside at the time. They were taken to the emergency room and the suspects to the Marshall County Jail.
One of those suspects, Brian Tapia, was also wanted in Marshall County for aggravated assault.
Tapia is accused of stabbing a man in the stomach during a fight earlier this month. Police had been unable to locate him until now.
