South Bend, Ind. Dozens of the world's best young female pro golfers are teeing up next month in South Bend.
Today tickets went on sale for the 2013 Four Winds Invitational at the Blackthorn Golf Club.
The tournament is part of the Symetra Tour on the road to the LPGA and awards a $150,000 prize to the top player.
The Pokagon band of Potawatomi Indians, who's sponsoring the event, is hoping to build on last year's success.
“We like to be involved in the community," said Pokagon Chairman Matthew Wesaw. "This seemed like a very beneficial opportunity for us to get in, bring something exciting to the community, a little bit of economic stimulus, and golf is an exciting sport.”
The tournament will be held from Friday, June 21 through Sunday, June 23.
General admission tickets are available for $10 per round.
Kids 15 and under get in free, as long as they're with a ticketed adult.
Tickets can be purchased at any of the 21 Martin's locations across northern Indiana and southwest Michigan or on the event's website.
