Fans of the musical Wicked will get a chance to see the play performed right here in South Bend.

And while performances of the Tony Award-winning show do not start until the spring, fans can now officially reserve their seats to witness the magic.

Tickets went on sale for the first time Saturday at 8 a.m. and people lined up early in the morning in order to secure their spot.

For anyone who did not brave the cold temperatures and wait in line, seats are still available online at morriscenter.org, and in person at the Hammes Bookstore.

Wicked will take the stage starting on May 8 and running until May 19.
