HUNTINGTON, Ind. A former high school cross country coach from northeastern Indiana faces sexual battery charges alleging that he fondled two women.

Huntington County prosecutors charged 68-eight-year-old Donald Cotton on Friday with one count of felony sexual battery and two counts of misdemeanor battery.

The Journal Gazette reports Cotton was arrested and released from the Huntington County Jail on $10,000 bond.

His two alleged victims were two women, one of whom told police he fondled her inside his car in the parking lot of Huntington North High School about 25 miles southwest of Fort Wayne.

Cotton resigned in September from the staff at the school, where he had been a teacher and a cross country coach.
