Prosecutors and the attorney for a New Albany man charged with killing three women have met with a judge.
The Courier-Journal reports Floyd Superior Judge Susan Orth ran through dates in the case of William Clyde Gibson for the two sides to exchange information and file motions.
Gibson's currently due to go on trial in Dearborn County in July in the slaying of 75-year-old family friend Christine Whitis. Her mutilated body was found in his garage in New Albany last April.
Orth also asked attorneys to complete a review of proposed juror questionnaires within two weeks so she can send copies to Dearborn County for mailing in May.
Gibson also is charged with killing a Charlestown woman and a Florida woman since 2002.
