The Elkhart County Commissioner is now the subject of a criminal investigation, and is denying allegations being made against him.
According to the Elkhart Truth, County Commissioner Terry Rodino is allegedly being investigated for sexual misconduct during an incident back on October 29, 2012.
Rodino denies the allegations and says he is conducting his own investigation into the matter.
This week a special prosecutor was appointed to the case.
