A college with a campus in Elkhart is decreasing its tuition next year for several programs.
Harrison College will cut the costs of the following nine programs by 10 percent beginning in January 2013.
The school says it chose to cut costs on those programs because they're the degrees that will most impact the economy in the future.
The school already has a tuition freeze program, so the lower rate will last through graduation for anyone who enrolls.
