Here’s a recap of our City by City report from May 15, 2014:
For years, a church congregation in Elkhart has pulled chairs, sound equipment, and even baptismal fonts from closets, every time they hold worship. They set it up on the gym floor at Trinity Lutheran School, and they put it away again when they're done. That will soon change..
According to The Elkhart Truth, this Sunday, the church will break ground on a new building on County Road 6. Construction will begin in June. The building will be finished by next summer.
South Bend-based Healthwin is looking for new employees. The company will hold a job fair Friday for people looking for work as a nurse or a certified nurse's assistant (CNA). Healthwin is a long term care and rehab center. The job fair is Friday from 9a.m. to 1p.m. at 20531 Darden Road

We're likely to see more kids playing and riding bikes outside, and a museum in South Bend wants to help keep them safe. For more information on the event, call 574-647-KIDS (5437).
