The Cequent plant in Goshen has now released a timetable on its plans to relocate to Mexico.
On Thursday, Cequent filed a plan with the State Department of Labor to officially move across the border. The plans include laying off some 450 workers starting on Feb. 22nd. Additional layoffs will continue being made once a month through the end of 2013.
The plant is scheduled to close its doors permanently by the end of the year.
