Center for Hospice Care in Mishawaka will introduce its brand new Mishawaka facility to the public during a ribbon cutting ceremony on Wednesday.
The new building is Phase 1 of 2 for the new campus. So far, the facility serves as administration offices, the hospice foundation, and Life Transition Services. That area of the building is free to the community and offers bereavement programs to educate and support people experiencing grief following the loss of someone through death.
Phase 2 will include a hospice house on the grounds.
The ribbon cutting and grand opening ceremony is open to the public and will feature an open house from 4-5:30 p.m. at the new facility, 501 Comfort Place.
Center for Hospice is also recruiting volunteers for October training sessions. For more information, click here for more.
