South Bend, Ind. More than 1,000 car lovers rolled into South Bend for the Buick Club of America's national meet.
The event was held on the grounds and facilities of the Gillespie Conference Center.
A wide variety of more than 300 Buicks were on display, attracting auto enthusiasts and casual observers alike.
Vendors were also on hand to sell car parts and memorabilia.
“It's the perfect venue for an antique car show,” Nancy Book, Co-Chair 2013 BCA National Meet. “The one thing you don't like are metropolitan cities where you can't drive them around, and people have been able to roam all over town with these cars. You have wonderful restaurants. You have the sites, wonderful sites, for a town of this size. You don't have to go to a Chicago or New York. We look for unique towns that offer more like yours does.”
The four-day event kicked off Wednesday and wrapped up tonight with a banquet and awards ceremony.
