Brothers charged with felony in drug theft beating

PIERCETON Two brothers, accused of beating a man for $20 and marijuana, will face up to 60 years in prison if convicted.

19-year-old Austin Frush and 26-year-old Bryan Frush are each charged with three felonies in the September 29th incident in Pierceton. They reportedly choked the victim as they beat him and stole the cash and drugs.

He suffered a cracked rib and had blood in his lungs, plus dealt with the effects of a severe lack of oxygen.

The Stacey Page Online reports that both suspects are charged with felony robbery, battery and strangulation.
