ELKHART COUNTY, Ind. - Furry friends and their owners will take to the park on May 3rd to fight back against cancer.

The second annual Bark for Life of Elkhart County is being held in Walker Park.

It is an event very similar to Relay for Life, but involves man's best friend instead.

Last year, around 60 pups spent their time strolling around the park's walking track.

The canines can also compete in special contests.

It was all to raise awareness and money for cancer, in both humans and dogs.

Registration begins at 2 p.m.
