After two years of budget cuts, art and music are making a comeback at a Pulaski County elementary school.
WKVI reports the West Central School Corporation in Francesville cut the program in 2011 to save money.
The district lost more than a $1 million in funding over the past few years as small school grants diminished. But the superintendent says that funding loss has hit a plateau, so they're bringing back the arts.
