A man is in custody for the brutal murder of a 23-year-old woman.
26-year-old Cadereo Jester is under arrest for the July 2011 murder of Christine Arnold.
Arnold's body was found in a car at a Gary nature preserve. Police say someone else tampered with the acceleration, causing the car to crash through a chain link fence.
They say Arnold had been beaten and stabbed.
