ASHEVILLE< NC The U.S. Supreme Court will hear a case this month involving a local company.

25 families in Asheville, North Carolina are suing Elkhart-based CTS Corp. They say they're dealing with serious health issues because of toxic chemicals used at a plant the company owned.

According to The Elkhart Truth, the plant closed in 1986, and residential subdivisions were built on part of the property.

The Supreme Court will hear this case at the end of the month. They'll make a decision by June.
